The third annual Alumni/Community Pep Rally was held Thursday night in the North Dallas High auditorium. The band opened with the fight song, followed by the introduction of the volleyball team and football team. The Vikingettes drill team and the cheerleaders performed on stage, and Spike the mascot won the dance-off.

Head football coach Fred Johnson invited everyone to attend the game at 7:30 p.m. Friday against Sunset High School at Pleasant Grove Field. During halftime, the Homecoming Court will be presented. The Booster Club will be selling merchandise and gear at the event. The Lady Bulldogs volleyball team plays at Sunset at 6 p.m. Friday in a District 12-5A game.
