Boys Junior Varsity Basketball · As North Dallas’ Kaleb Dismuke goes to the basket, so goes his hair

Kaleb Dismuke goes up for a layup against Parish Episcopal and the hair starts flying.

Kaleb Dismuke is just your average high school player on the North Dallas junior varsity squad.  But watching Kaleb go up for a layup is like an ESPN highlight reel. When Kaleb goes up, the hair starts flying. All.over.the.place. It’s fun to watch.

“I’ve been growing it all my life,” Kaleb said recently about his hair. “I’ve never had it cut.”

Kaleb said he takes care of the braids every three weeks.

Kaleb and the North Dallas junior varsity squad play Sunset at 6:30 p.m.  Wednesday at Ellis-Davis Field House at the Jesse Owens Complex.
